At TRICOLOR 26 we prepare every order with care so you receive your jersey in the best possible condition.

For hygiene, quality-control and limited-availability reasons, we don't accept size exchanges or returns due to incorrect customer selection.

Before you buy: check your size

Before ordering, please carefully review our size guide. Our jersey has an athletic player version fit, so if you're between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

When we accept exchanges or replacements

We only accept exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong size (our shipping error).
• You received the wrong product.

Conditions for processing the exchange

For the exchange or replacement to be considered, the product must meet these conditions:

• It must be unused.
• It must be unwashed.
• It must be unaltered.
• It must retain its original tags.
• The issue must be reported within the first 3 days after delivery.
• You must send clear photos of the defect, damage or order error.

Cases we can't accept

We can't accept exchanges, replacements or returns if the jersey was worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or if the tags were removed.
